Stop, look @ fear

Why worry of what

you wear

when cloaked in so much

insecurity

& fear,

fear of losing

fear of loneliness

fear of old age

fear of dying in mediocrity

you know your fears

a dime a dozen of them

so afraid of being

empty

of being nothing.

Stop,

look at fear closely

don't analyze

this

won't dissolve angst

observe:

not so much

the many branches of fear

its torments and tenacity

but

look to its roots

the whole of it

see

in essence

fear is fundamentally

a question of time

torture through thought,

yet

time ceases

when there is only

what is.
