suffering

past & future

terrors

steal your present

stillness

vast & empty are you

listening, then,

keep paying attention here

where test-you moments do you

over & over & over & over again

in your mind is a good servant

but a bad mistress and worse as your master

witness beyond its coaxing you to sleep — don’t

bask in this,
